Booking

The date and time of the shooting is considered booked after the client transfers a deposit to the photographer in the amount of 500kr of the cost of the shooting.

The cost of shooting is calculated according to the price list. Special conditions are discussed individually.

Agreement

The location, ideas, and necessary details for a successful shooting are discussed in advance and recorded in a mood board and text.

Timing

in case of delay/extension

— from the client’s side: the time of delay is deducted from the photo session time; can be extended for an additional fee.

— from the photographer’s side: this will be extra worked.

in case of cancellation of the shooting later than 2 days:

— by the client: the deposit is not refundable.

— photographer: full deposit is returned to the client

in case of cancellation of the shooting earlier than 2 days:

— by the client: the deposit is retained until the next shooting within 3 months

— photographer: full deposit is returned to the client

Edditing

In the matter of photographic aesthetics, there are no standards or any quantitative norms, which makes it difficult to assess the quality of the work done on the aesthetics of photographs. Obviously unsuccessful ones by the photographer are deleted and are not transferred to the client. 

Photo edditing is carried out by the photographer in the author’s style in terms of color, effects, blur and frame framing. Source materials are given to the client by prior agreement and for an additional payment of 500kr

Deadlines

— Photos is sent with a link to cloud storage within 7 working days from the date of shooting.

— Video is sent with a link to cloud storage within 30 working days from the date of shooting.

Urgent editing and sending of photos/videos is possible with additional payment 300kr

Copyright and distribution

Photographs/videos are subject to copyright; all rights to the photograph accrue to the photographer at the time of its production. Accordingly, all materials published on the Internet are the property of the photographer who took these photographs or the persons who purchased the rights to these photographs from photographers. 

Copyright applies to all copies of the image, as well as to partial copies.

In collaboration with me, a violation of copyright will be considered the sale of material without purchasing the photographer’s copyright for this sale, which is established by a special legally valid agreement.

In cases where the client does not want the photographer to publish part or all of the shooting materials, this fact is discussed in advance and an agreement is drawn up on the sale of copyright to the client in the amount of 100% of the cost of the shooting.

Additional terms

There are non-standard requests and shooting conditions when the client and photographer need to agree on additional conditions individually by mutual agreement.
